"I think its very important to be understood, particularly in web design, because not everyone will know or understand certain buzz-words or fancy web lingo. I try to explain things in straight forward 'plain english', because I realise the inner workings of the internet can be a little daunting for some. I disagree with Designers who use the 'hit-and-run' tactics of designing a site for a client and then leaving them to fend for themselves, that's just not cool."

"He (Jason McElhinney) provided an integral contribution to the design of our website and was responsible for its completion and launch for the set deadline. Jason has also been responsible for carrying out website maintenance and continual updates.
In addition, Jason is organised and reliable, he can work independantly and is able to work through projects from conception to completion with accuracy and flair. He is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to him.

"Jason was brought in to an expanding Intranet Design team because of his previous experience in design and portfolio examples. His initial role was as an assistant to help with publication and maintenance of the site. He very quickly learned the software, techniques and working practices and soon progressed to the role of Web Designer. He was then given the responsibility for design and publication of his own site designs and products.
He proved his worth in this position by designing several excellent sites for internal customers who gave him good feedback. Whilst keeping with the restrictive branding of the organisation, Jason incorporated several interesting and original ideas into his work and pushed the team forward.
When the team moved into new directions such as Flash design Jason took forward the role and created some excellent designs with little or no instruction from management.
